According to MacNutsAndBolts (http://macnutsandbolts.com/apple/conficker-worm), the Conficker virus which the world is expecting to hit tomorrow, does NOT effect computers running OSX. In other words, Macs should be safe.
Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conficker) says Conficker only effects MS Windows based OSs. Wikipedia has a helpful diagram as well.
